What a fantastic way to end 2014!  Cortney & Colin had such a perfect winter wedding! It was such an honor to photograph this exquisite couple’s day of days…Colin is fine art landscape photographer, whose work I admire and it was a joy getting to know Cortney, whose beauty truly radiates from the inside out.  We started the day at The Breaker’s in Spring Lake, C&C had their 1st look on the boardwalk, with overcast light and muted pastels in the sky.  Then it was off to the magnificent Monmouth University for portraits with family & the wedding party.  The clouds broke just in time for us to take advantage of the warmth of the sun and the amazing light and shadows of a winter afternoon.  This all took place before their sunset ceremony at The Mill, in Spring Lake Heights.  The staff there made sure C&C’s dream of winter wedding was realized in such a beautiful and elegant way,  And although there was no snow on the ground, it snowed on the dancefloor- thanks to the dj’s, This Is It Entertainment-always a treat to work with such awesome professionals.  Here’s some of my favorites of the day-Happy New Year!!  Thanks to all my clients who made 2014 so awesome and special thanks to my 2nd photographer, Dave Appel (aka The Smile Hunter)!
