Michael + Michal – Porta Asbury Park Wedding

Last month, Michael + Michal got married at Porta in Asbury Park. It was an extraordinary day filled with so many moving, heartfelt moments. The love expressed for this couple by their family and friends was palpable and contagious. We started the day getting ready with Michal & Michael, their immediate family and closest friends. After some portraits, we jumped into the fire that is Asbury Park on a blazing Saturday in June and covered as much ground as possible before it was soundcheck time for their ceremony. For the processional, Michal’s sisters played violin & cello, while Michael’s mother played harp during the ceremony. For their 1^st dance, Michael sang & played guitar, while Michal performed an incredible Irish dance, to the awe and delight of their guests! After pizza and dancing, the guest were once more surprised by a 3 person drumline, headed by Kevin Grossman, to lead the guests down the boardwalk to the afterparty at The Asbury Hotel.
