Danielle + Sean (married) Sandy Hook Wedding Chapel

I met Sean about 20 years ago (!) and although we had lost touch a bit over the years, I was honored when he & his fiance contacted me to document their big day. My heart warmed when I met Danielle and was able to see 1st hand the strong bond these two shared and the genuine joy they brought to each others lives. I knew their wedding would be a delight to photograph! I met Danielle & her girls at The Oyster Point for some getting ready photos, while Dave (aka The Smile Hunter) met Sean (and their cat, Bell) at their apartment. Then it was off to Sandy Hook to make the most of a perfect spring day, Danielle even dipped her toes in the water before the ceremony 😉

It was a treat to be surrounded by familiar & such talented vendors! Danielle & Sean’s vision for the day was exquisitely executed by Couture Events of NJ, the flowers were magnificent and inside the tent looked like a dream. <3 Falco’s catering team was flawless, as usual. DJ Anthony (Sounds To Go) kept the dancefloor packed. My good friend & eternal neighbor, Mike, from Moon Lasso Films always keeps the mood light, yet professional. And most of all, I’m so lucky to call Jen Rutherford a good friend. At over 8 months pregnant, I knew I wouldn’t be able to last on my feet for the entire day. Jen stepped in and killed it during the reception. Thanks, Jen!!
