I was so honored to be a part this day. Josh & Laurie are very close friends of mine and I was lucky enough to document most of the day, then I got to be a guest at the reception-best of both worlds!! The whole event took place on Josh’s fathers property, Blucol, in Cragsmoor, NY on top of the Shawangunk Ridge. Not only are Laurie & Josh two of the nicest people I know, they are also a very handsome couple! Laurie looked radiant in her gown from BHLDN & Josh looked sharp as ever in his seersucker tux from J. Crew. The ceremony (officiated by Josh’s father) and reception edged right up to the valley, giving way to spectacular views- the whole day was a visual feast! J&L are a very laid back couple and the wanted their wedding to have a very relaxed and elegant feel.  They put emphasis on amazingly delicious food from The Good-Life Gourmet, Hudson Valley Dessert Co, & Meresa Macaron. During cocktail hour, guest helped themselves to mouth watering hors d’oeuvres and sinfully simple, yet amazing cocktails, while meandering around the property, sharing in the love and taking in the magnificent surroundings.  As dinnertime approached and the sun went down, we all found our seats under the beautiful sail cloth tent, provided by Events Unlimited.  After an amazing 3 course meal, guests (including me) danced into the night, thanks to my best bud- DJ Foggy Notion (aka Neil O’Brien).   It was truly a wonderful day, I’m thankful to have been part of it and I couldn’t be happier for these two newlywed lovebirds!!!  Congrats Josh & Laurie!!!
